Refund policy
All sales are final. Because we aim to provide the best value to our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or sizing issues.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. We only accept returns or provide replacements if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us immediately at support@silhouetteparis.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Eligibility for Damaged/Wrong Items
To be eligible for a return due to damage or error, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To start a return for a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@silhouetteparis.com if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Non-Returnable Items
Regardless of the circumstances, we cannot accept returns on:

Sale items or gift cards.

Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

Personal care goods (beauty products) or perishable goods.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
